Our Fortune 500 client in Piscataway, NJ has asked for help identifying candidates for a Social Media/Community Manager PM.

Project Manager, Community Forums
Location: Piscataway, NJ - onsite M-F
Local Candidates only please
Type: Contractor (potential to extend contract or convert to FTE after 12 months)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop, maintain and manage social support platform roadmap for community forums.
• Work with Community Manager and tiered user groups to increase engagement.
• Leverage current experience, industry best practices and generally accepted strategic/tactical work in social support to achieve best in class external community platform experience.
• Evolve product platform capabilities with existing and new social support products and channels by managing design, integration work, partnering with community manager, various internal and external stakeholder groups, and alliances.
• Oversee UX creative design, optimization experiments, implementation, and testing by executing excellence in project management and team collaboration.
• Own and improve key community and social platform metrics and analytics reporting to generate insights.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or behavioral sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in forums based community, Jive/Lithium forums experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or developing an online forum
• Familiarity with key measures of success for an online community
• Experience with Gamification strategies influencing desired behaviors
• Experience designing and/or improving web UX/UI managing the entire process from creative design, wire frames, implementation and multivariate testing.

Desired Skills
• Strong background in product/project management within Forums space.
• Experience with analytics platforms, Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or Google Analytics
• Experience with Personalization elements and Omni channel / web site architecture
• Previous experience working with Jive/Lithium or other online community forum platform
Primary Skill Requirement
Jive or Lithium or online community platform experience needed
