Project Manager -Retail Solutions

We are seeking a top tier Project Manager for our Retail Solutions team. The Retail Solutions Team’s mission is to deliver the best in class global retail merchandising solutions. This role is a contract position based in San Mateo. Scope of responsibilities includes working with Sales and Channel Marketing Teams, San Mateo and European Retail Solutions Team, 3rd party install teams and complete POP program management.

Primary responsibilities:

· Exceptional project management acumen in engaging internal and external cross-functional teams to execute retail POP programs, and initiatives while meeting the highest standards for global markets.

· Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams as well as retail partners to deliver retail programs on brand while adhering to timelines and budgets.

· Partner with third-party vendor support to achieve successful execution of retail programs.

· Responsible for project management, creation of retail assets, and securing internal approvals.

· Interact with retailers to gather customer requirements for new POP / merchandising programs.

· Keeping detailed records of each project’s timeline, progress, challenges, and completion and be able to provide regular status updates to your manager and other interested stakeholders.

· Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

· Travel to POP suppliers and Global offices as needed.


· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

· 3-5 years project management experience

· Experience in consumer electronics preferred

· Visual Merchandising or POP (Point of Purchase) experience a plus

· Possess exceptional time management skills

· Exceptional communication skills

· Great problem solver and ability to make decisions

· Ability to work independently and proactively

· Ability to travel 20%
