** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL PROJECT MANAGER – PACKAGING! **

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Daily

• Manages all food, bakeware and books projects from concept development to finished pieces Acts as primary contact (merchant, food development) for all packaging related details
• Leads packaging kickoff and status meetings with merchants
• Develops and manages all timelines and budgets on daily basis and keeps merchants and team updated
• Sets up all project job folders and manages all contents; develops electronic job folders on server for copy decks and art files
• Main contact with content team for all copy, recipe and proofing needs
• Coordinates layout revisions and edits with design team
• Codes, tracks and processes all related invoices; obtains approval from merchants on cost transfers at end of each season
• Manages Canadian labeling process: obtains requests from Merchants, manages development with intern/production artist, proofs label art and submits final art to label vendor

Weekly
• Issues weekly food recap on review meeting decisions/next steps and current project status
• Updates project status in database and delivers update to internal team. Prints copies of status report for entire team prior to meeting
• Attends weekly food development status meetings and informs internal team of key decisions
• Prepares for review meetings by pulling related feature items, visual photos and helps with overall presentation set-up
• Actively participates in review meetings by advising on timeline, budget and general project related details. May present agency creative if applicable
• Prepares job folders and product for internal download meetings
• Coordinates catalog comp requests and product needs for visual preliminary set ups and final walk-thru
MUST HAVE:
• 3-5 years project management or account management experience
• Agency experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
• Performs well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in food category preferred
