Project Manager 2 (Oracle rules based product configurator project)

Our client has a great opportunity for a Project Manager to manage multiple new projects, including the Oracle rules based product configurator project. You will ensure program objectives are met on cost and on time, with required quality & functionality. In this role you will:

• Lead cross functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service and Finance, to meet project objectives
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identify project issues and work with key stakeholders on solutions, such as allocation of resources or negotiating changes to requirements
• Lead project plan, schedule & resource requirements development & execution
• Present project deliverables to key stakeholders and to client leadership for review / decision

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of experience in operations, engineering, product management or other related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a project manager role.
• Previous experience with a product configurator project preferred.
• BS/BA and PMP certification are required.
• Experience leading and facilitating Risk Management activities with a cross-functional team
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive program specific issues and goals to closure.
• Tenacity in driving program team members to meet or exceed program timelines and outcomes.
• Courage to raise issues to upper management when a program is at risk.
• Proven experience leading cross functional teams.
• Experience with project management software.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
