Project Manager / Business Analyst - International Digital Marketing

This person should have a strong background in automotive digital marketing, and will identify and document the scope and requirements required for the set-up and execution of a yet-to-be determined Dealer Digital Program. The position will ultimately assist with compiling and documenting the final deliverable. The project will require frequent travel to Britain (London area). This is a contract position for an initial seven-months with the possibility of evolving into a longer term assignment.

II. Essential Job Functions
Essential Functions (primary responsibilities and accountabilities)

• Program status for the Project.
• Working in conjunction with the Program Manager, schedule and hold work sessions with product team and related subject matter experts.
• Provide support for a Dealer Digital Committee process, key meetings and events.
• Assist with a competitive analysis for an understanding of how other key manufacturers activate digital programs at the Tier III level.
• Schedule and document strategy and requirements work session meetings with subject matter experts and identified stakeholders including touch points with agency partners.
• Assist with the development of final project documentation including a requirements document, detailed work plan and cost estimates (“Project Documentation”).


Education:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Technology, or relevant.

Experience:
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience working in a digital marketing environment.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a business analyst.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience working with OEM automotive industry and have a general understanding of retail (dealership) sales operations.
• Must have a general understanding of digital products and services.
• Successful experience in project management.

Functional Expertise
• Strong experience in MS Project and MS Office
• Experience in program and project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to apply consistent analytical processes and tools to new functional areas; ability to learn quickly.
