Project Manager - Store Design Team

We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Project Manager experienced in store/retail design. This is a 6 month contract, 40 hours a week onsite at our client's office located in South Seattle.

This job contributes to the organization's success by assisting in developing retail layouts for new stores, remodels and special projects. Assist with sourcing store design decorative elements that enhance the brand experience. Responsible for keeping all existing store plans up to date and organized. Models and acts in accordance with the organizations’s guiding values and mission.

DUTIES INCLUDE
Assists in developing retail store plan layouts, including department locations, drive aisles, and merchandising walls.
Provides drawing support to the Store Planning team to support Category Management, Adjacencies Program, Custom Fixture Set and Store Planning Standards Program.
Responsible for organizing and updating plans for existing stores.
Assist Store Planning team with managing the resource library and scheduling vendor appointments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of retail design / store planning experience.

BA or AA in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer aided drafting software.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Flexible in one's viewpoints and positions in order to support the direction taken by others at the organization.
