Project Manager - Sales

Aquent is currently seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator for a multinational computer technology client located in Redwood City, CA!

This is a 6 month opportunity with potential for extension or conversion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the expansion of a sales training mobile learning application
  • Issue regularly scheduled questions, track responses and report back to marketing leaders 
  • Cross team collaboration
  • Work with various groups in a matrix reporting model 
  • Track and help analyze results, adoption rate, gap areas 
  • Manage and track sales enablement activities as well as help to track participation and analyze success criteria 
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities 
  • Support global seller campaigns and processes 
  • Help manage vendor POs and deliverables 
  • Work closely with sales operations, finance, logistics, supply, product management, and marketing

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree 
  • 4+ years project management experience
  • Organizational skills, project management and program management skills 
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly pick up new skills/tools 
  • Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal formats 
  • Ability to deliver to multiple and aggressive deadlines and across a variety of projects 
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office, Word, excel) 
  • Knowledge of Oracle Marketing tools is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Converged Infrastructure solution are a plus
