Project Manager - Production/Supply Chain

We are looking for a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 retail company in seattle to manage supply chain/operations side of the business - working with creative to make sure that the product production is on time, on budget, and on schedule. This PM will manage the development, production and delivery of physical consumer product - streamlining operations, managing timelines, progress, cost, etc.

Project Manager will be interfacing with Supply Chain and Internal Creative Agency to support on-going projects.
Successful candidates will have the ability to organize projects, communicate cross-functionally and cross-culturally, and be an absolute stickler for details.

Summary of Experience:
- Project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications; Supply Chain experience preferred 5 years
- Working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives 5 years
- Managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects 3 years
- Requirements gathering and analysis 3 years

MUST HAVES:
- ability to manage many stakeholders at the same time
- comfortable with details - extensive assortment of product production at any given time - over the course of year, they produce 300 SKUs (20 million in retail value) - manage, traffic, interfacing with cross-functional teams - making sure orders are correct, on time, get to customers in best way possible
- variety, positive outlook, solutions minded, interest in international market,
- in addition to overseeing many stakeholders, important to establish good relationships
- existing process - identify opportunity, better support different teams. Better efficiency
- experience working with supply chain*** not specific to cards, but someone who appreciates different teams work together to make a product come to life. Navigate processes, build relationships. Super important. Creative Agency background would also work.
- Many moving pieces - comfortable with details important. Seeing the bigger picture.
- New orders coming in every single day - on-going management and owning process vs "one-and-done".

Softskills:
- diplomatic - read room/situation - can still apply and navigate relationship to get the outcome they want
- curiosity - consistently engaging with teams from all over the world - someone who likes having that diversity.
- comfortable with ambiguity - being able to work in situation with imperfect situation - find a way to navigate.
