Project Manager - Organizational Change, Business Process, Coach

Our client company, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Organizational Change Lead to add to their team. This is an on-going contract assignment. You would be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose.

Here is what you will do:
You will focus on the people side of change and influencing behavior. This includes changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary focus will be supporting a project outcome, creating an integrated approach and implementing change management plans, training and communication in order to minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.


Here is what you need to have:
Our client needs someone who has this type of experience in a large, enterprise-level environment. You would need to have had experience with project budgets of over one million dollars. Other requirements include:

• Bachelor degree in business, communication technology or equivalent degree.
• Five years experience directly related to leading large organizational change management efforts, change management planning, change management process and/or integrating change with project, communication and training plans.
• Ability to effectively work with all levels in an organization and influence others toward a common vision or goal.
