Aquent, the world leader in digital, marketing, and creative solutions, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Project Manager for one of our key accounts. The successful candidate will possess a relentless work ethic, a strategic mindset and tactful people skills to act as the hub of communication for the client's digital team. This person will interact with various resources to coordinate projects, programs and product launches from start to finish in an extremely fast-paced work environment.

We will look to you to develop and introduce methods and tools that will provide direction to the client team. Tasks include project planning, documenting campaign and asset requirements and scheduling. You will also be responsible trafficking and organization of production (creative and/or technology) assets. Projects will not only be delivered in a timely manner, but everyone will be able to understand all aspects of each project to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordination of marketing content and product catalog updates for the client's .com web properties. You will be asked to ensure quality results while meeting aggressive turnaround deadlines.

The ideal candidate has web and image production experience, working in both desktop and mobile environments. You love technology, are extremely detailed, a perfectionist, a problem-solver at heart, and thrive under pressure. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, are technically minded, and take time to study and understand the essence and underlying structure of systems/problems.

Key Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing multiple, complex digital projects (minimum 3 years experience)
• A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly and in a manner that's consistent with existing procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
• Self-motivated, self-starter - confident to take the initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision.
• Previous e-commerce project management experience.
• Understanding of e-commerce site structure and maintenance.
• Thrive in the face of ambiguity and constant change.
• Must be willing and able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
• Must exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Educated to BA/BS degree, or equivalent.

• Experience in technology, operations, e-commerce and/or customer support organization.
• Experience working on mobile-optimized web.
• Adobe Photoshop experience.
• Adobe Scene7/CQ5 production experience.
• JavaScript and HTML5 experience.
• Comfortable with editing (not developing) HTML and CSS


• Manage product launch and campaign content featured on the client's .com sites, across multiple geos/platforms (for desktop and mobile experiences).
• Manage versioning of content and image assets across multiple languages and customer segments.
• UAT of product information, content, and images displayed on client's site.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Support testing and implementation of new web store features and functionality enhancements.
• Identify and drive ways to improve production processes and quality of assets delivered.
• Proactively QA own work.
• Stay up to speed on new Publishing tools and feature enhancements to existing systems.
• Manage trafficking and organization of production (creative and/or technology) assets.
• Support day-to-day communications with internal team (coordinates meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, etc.)
• Work with team members of functional areas such as marketing, site merchandising, design, engineering, product.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to continuously improve workflow and communication between departments.
• Act as change management agent to clearly explain the actions needed and ROI
• Attend production meetings, record and communicate action items and manage resources to ensure follow-up and completion.
• Create detailed implementation schedules for non-trivial site updates and validate/communicate to project teams.
• Ensure projects are launched on time and meets initial project requirements. Keep team senior stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
• Effectively facilitate the review and final sign-off of content.
• Document feedback and manages changes.
• Manage projects from inception to completion including cost, scope, schedule, and delivery
• Communicate timelines and deliverables to project team in a clear and concise way.
