Project Manager to cover a maternity leave - this is currently for a 5 month contract.

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client really wants someone that understands marketing campaign management. This person will be coordinating their list selection for marketing campaigns. He/she must be detail-oriented and skilled in Microsoft Excel.

This team covers merchant-provided offers that deliver valuable discounts to credit card members to help them make their money go further. The Project Manager will manage all marketing communications and enhance strategy around these marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for all aspects of campaign management, data analysis, forecasting and cost center management, managing all Marketing Network merchant requests and developing new channel opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Provide input into strategies behind channel enhancements and marketing communications, and manage implementation of strategies as well as impact.
- Work independently to manage campaign targeting and lead selection for direct mail, e-mail, statement inserts, online placements, mobile and more. Manage all campaigns to a defined budget and an incremental card sales goal. Control and report on all aspects of the cost center budget.
- Work in partnership with peripheral Marketing teams on all communication campaigns including but not limited to: Creative Services, Production, E-Business, Business Technology and external agencies.
- Develop new channel opportunities for delivering initiatives to card members including: online statements, mobile, email, telemarketing and more.
- Manage all performance reports for the team.
- Present key metrics on a daily and monthly basis such as incremental card sales, incremental Sales Actives and Debit Actives, merchant-funding and more. Interpret results and develop recommendations based on recognized trends and opportunities. Forecast all key performance metrics on a monthly, rolling basis.
- Act as day-to-day merchant contact for all operational aspects of campaigns, servicing all request and questions, including database matching projects, obtaining merchant payment for campaigns, lead selection, and more.
- Represent the team at call center roadshows or knowledge expos on as needed basis.
- Monitor competitive strategies and provide recommendations based on findings and conclusions.
- Manage all merchant specific Network requests for Marketing, such as working with the Network to obtain merchant identification logic and merchant numbers.
