Project Manager - Marketing and Communications Support

As a Project Manager, you will be a member of our client's Global Marketing team and take direction from the ICM (Integrated Communications Manager) Lead. You will provide support in the delivery of multiple customer-facing programs and campaigns. Your background must include a thorough working knowledge of efficient project management principles, marketing team processes and timeline management. You are process friendly, detail oriented and quality driven. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment, have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and are comfortable working with tight deadlines.

All About You

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining project schedules and monitoring progress, utilizing Functional Project Managers and Workfront to manage assets and timelines for programs and campaigns
• Partnering with external agencies to monitor timely delivery of outbound marketing deliverables (as needed by the ICM)
• Tracking of PO’s and invoices for monthly/ quarterly reviews
• Teaming with ICM to ensure proper project/campaign intake and entering Workfront requests
• Use sound judgment in all project communications and make sure that key stakeholders are apprised of project activities in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to ICM to promptly minimize impact to timeline, quality, and budget.
• Collaborate with functional project managers in the global marketing department to develop consistent management practices and ensure effective support for marketing objectives.

Requirements:
• 5+ years project management experience managing the day-to-day operational and strategic aspects of marketing projects and campaigns
• Previous professional experience with an advertising or creative services agency is a plus
• Experience managing day-to-day operations for marketing deliverables
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with a project management tool
• Excellent organization and communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
• Team player mentality with the ability to influence
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize projects to meet business objectives
• Solid attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround in a rapid growth/rapid change environment
• Apply best practices for effective and efficient project management and reporting
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and appropriately with multiple stakeholders about projects and processes

Education:
• BS or BA in Business Administration, Communications or equivalent, or commiserate experience
