Project Manager - Marketing

A utilties company in San Francisco is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with Print Production experience to join their team.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of related work experience with demonstrated project management and vendor management experience
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively

Desired:
• Print production experience
• Experience working in large teams or cross-functional work groups
• Previous agency experience and/or experience managing an internal creative services team
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Basecamp
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills
• Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative
• Flexible and able to cope with dynamically changing priorities

Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of Marketing tactics taking direction from Marketing Strategist
• Serve as day to day contact with agencies on execution of tactics (Database, Creative Agencies, etc.)
• Manage execution calendar and detailed tactical schedules • Manage detailed campaign budgets/forecasts working with agency partners & business operations
• Manage development/deployment of all campaign readiness/launch information with internal stakeholders (Call Center, Customer Outreach Alert, Gen Ref, Department Master Calendars)
• Collect, run reports and organize campaign reporting from Digital Strategies, Email Lead, Targetbase and Creative Agencies
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and assess risks to project deliverables, as well as providing contingency plans
