Project Manager - Marketing

A large energy client of Aquent's is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their Communications Team.

Responsibilities
The Marketing Project Manager will support execution of several ongoing campaigns for various lines of business, including Gas and Electric Operations, Pricing Products, Field Metering, Revenue Operations and more. The role focuses primarily on execution of printed and digital marketing material, ongoing data file QA, tracking and measurement, and billing.

You will be expected to manage multiple projects at one time and ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, on plan, and with 100% accuracy. You will be able to achieve these goals by partnering closely with a broad, internal cross-functional team, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

This role is part of the Solutions Marketing Operations team and will provide direct support for the Customer Communications group.

Qualifications
Required
• 3 - 5 years of project management in marketing, advertising, print production and/or similar field. Ideally this would include some agency and some corporate marketing communications experience.
• Basic writing ability to influence collateral content with past involvement in creating customer facing copy.
• Understanding of creative development project management processes: developing creative or input document, developing and adhering to work back schedules, gaining approvals, managing layout, design and production of printed and electronic marketing materials, budget management, claims and legal approvals, etc.
• Proven ability to work with line of business partners to create strategy and define scope to ensure delivery within their budget expectations.
• Proven record of guiding and implementing strategic collateral development with a customer focus.

Desired
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience working in residential customer marketing and outreach
• Familiarity with customer energy solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly developed teamwork and collaborative skills especially in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple, high-priority projects, meet deadlines, and work within stated budgets.
• Experience working with third parties such as agencies, printers, etc.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a wide-variety of cross-functional teams and build agreement.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve issues/problems.
• Solid decision-making skills and sound judgment.
• Strong desire to take initiative and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
