Project Manager - GPS EMEA Platforms

Overview
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence in the Platforms management team. You will efficiently project manage the function’s operations, securing regular input from a range of geographically-distributed stakeholders, and ensure timely progress on deliverables. You are a creative problem solver who proactively identifies and actions opportunities to improve our business operations. 

About you
You will understand our business, team, stakeholder map, and challenges. You will drive and execute both long-term and ad hoc cross-functional projects, e.g. on project efficacy, stakeholder satisfaction. You have an eye for detail, and ensure quality inputs from all contributors. 
You have exceptional organisational and project management skills, and skilfully manage competing priorities. You think ahead, anticipating challenges and opportunities. You have a proven ability to implement and improve processes. 
You communicate clearly and effectively in all formats and with all audiences. You can manage up, enabling leadership to make decisions and drive progress on strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 
Project manage functional operations for the Platforms leadership team, OKRs and QBRs to weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, to annual business and headcount planning. 
Develop an understanding of our business and our stakeholder map, and continuously seek to identify and understand issues, developments, trends and perspectives that will impact our business and our team. 
Initiate and/or lead cross-functional projects to drive, action and communicate important analyses. 
Continuously and proactively identify and action opportunities to improve our business operations, and facilitate closer alignment and best practice-sharing across our clusters. 

Minimum qualifications: 
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
3+ years of project management, strategy, senior stakeholder management experience 
Excellent communication, planning, analytical and interpersonal skills 

Preferred qualifications: 
Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations or Management Consulting role 
Project management qualification 
Prior people management experience
