Project Manager - Creative

This is an unusual and fantastic contract-to-hire growth opportunity with our global client in the North Denver area.

The primary role of the Creative Project Manager is to manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible in order to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately repeat revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing all creative deliverables from design and development through execution. As a main point of contact for your clients, you must proactively use effective written and verbal communication to ensure that project teams understand the scope, complexity and expectations, and that your clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects.


You will:
• Deliver projects to client’s expectations achieving targeted levels of profitability.
• Compile estimates and proposals for approval.
• Closely monitor and control financial aspect of projects through budgets, invoicing and change orders to ensure timely and final invoicing.
• Proactively and effectively communicate with stakeholders; internal and external clients
• Strategically project plan involving best methodologies, processes, and risk assessments.
• Accurately document and file all project related materials.
• Host regular, documented verbal and written communications with clients, creative writers, and internal team members.
• Assist n obtaining, training and coaching creative resources.
• Closely align with the Creative Director and Creative Quality Manager to drive identification and development of project/process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in proofing and QA of creative content as needed

You should have:
• Agency Experience
• Degree in either Marketing, Creative Writing or Business-related area or equivalent work experience
• 2 to 5 years of CREATIVE projects management experience
• Experience working with global accounts highly desirable
• Amazing abillity to communicate effectively with ALL levels of people with a sensitivity to multi-cultural experiences
• Ambition and a desire to learn and progress
• Analytical and organized problem solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Highly effective communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally, managing simultaneous projects with schedule constraints
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and lead a successful project through to completion
• Excellent organization and a proactive attitude with an extreme attention to detail
• Project Management experience in an ad agency or internal creative department working with very large clients

Bonus points for:
• Creative Content Development experience
• Understanding of agency processes, including creative production
• Experience with content related projects
• international markets experience
