Project Manager - Brand Marketing

Our top financial services client is engaged in exciting brand related projects and needs the help of a Project Manager for a 7 month freelance role in the SF bay area.

They are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to be responsible for the coordination and completion of marketing projects related to the implementation of a new brand. This individual will oversee all aspects of the projects including analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, budget management and cross-functional coordination.

Major Job Duties and Requirements:
Plan and facilitate project meetings, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Maintain project goals by identifying issues, recommending solutions and updating management on project status and deliverables.
Make recommendations to management for improvements to various projects, tasks and objectives.

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to describe complex business problems and proposed solutions to senior management.
Lead and direct the work of others.
Expert project management ability to drive projects that adhere to strategy, timelines and budget.
Familiar with a variety of the marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
Detail oriented with a wide degree of creative thinking.
Strong user in MS Excel.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience in the marketing / branding field or in a related area.
