Project Management Support

The Project Management Support is a member of the delivery team, who has experience in small, email integration and implementation projects as well as interactive website, display and video projects. The candidate will work with multiple teams to effectively manage resources, schedules and the quality of deliverables through a full project life cycle. He or she should have knowledge of commonly used project management concepts, practices and procedures.

Project and Resource Management:
- Accountable for the successful delivery of the project(s) they own.
- Work with client representatives across the organization to plan and execute project plans for key client project initiatives.
- Interface regularly with internal business experts to deliver quality work.
- Take responsibility for project scope, budget, and quality as well as key project deliverables; project schedules, status documents and risk, communication and resource plans.
- Set expectations among all groups regarding scope, timeline and quality of deliverables.
- Effectively motivate and manage internal project teams through all phases of project development.
- Communicate project implementation options that affect cost, schedule, quality, and risk to stakeholders, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements.
- Closely monitor change requests and prevent unapproved requirement modifications that result in scope creep advising management on the effects these change requests will have on schedule and resources.
