SKILLS: Signature Programs Manager;

Job Description:
" Project Management Support for Signature Programs-Friends for Change(FFC), Magic of Healthy Living(MOHL), Hospital Care packages). Specific duties include:
o Local Activation Event logistics, this includes both local and national events. This role will serve as event lead for Corporate Citizenship events. This includes project management and all event logistics from run of show and scripts.
o Marketing and promotional material oversight
" Premiums & Collateral - this includes copy, working with internal/external creative teams on a timeline, overseeing all revisions and approvals, print and finally distribution and storage with our Warehouse.
" Online tool-kit development with non-profit partners
" Postcard type handouts for smaller events
o Database Management/SharePoint Updates - updating documents and databases for global project teams.
o Inventory management at Deluxe Media Management
o Invoice tracking and working with our finance team for processing
o Program Impact Metrics (FFC and MOHL)
" Collection of Data with business partners
" Receipt of reports from data analysis vendor
o Awards and Presentation support - Support Signature Programs team in all internal communications needs (one-sheets, talent and executive talking points, etc.), awards submissions (program specific awards) and presentations (monthly taskforce presentations and newsletters for programs, executive presentation support as needed)
o Some SAP Experience
o Some administrative duties may include the following: schedule and coordinate meetings, coordinate and track shipments to archives, receive and process deliveries, and coordinate shipment of all packages.
