Our client is a well-known, global advertising agency. They are looking for a Project Director to join their growing delivery team.

They have some exciting projects and changes coming up and they will need a breadth of experience from new team members to include:
Digital, Experiential, Technology, Innovation and Design.

The right person will be a smart, creative thinker who is able to uncover new solutions and isn’t scared to explore new avenues, however quirky!

They are a creatively stimulating agency to work for with big plans for the next year and beyond.

You should be a born leader who can manage any project or programme from start to end. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic while at the same time communicate at all levels and have fun while you do it.

You will be responsible for making sure all PM tasks, improvements, escalations are covered and supported.

You will provide direction across a range of accounts, pitches and internal initiatives and you will be expected to turn your hand to most things when needed.

A Project Director will support other team members and provide support for additional Project Management tasks/improvements.

You should have a technical and creative eye which helps you to bring the creative and technology departments together allowing them to deliver amazing projects.

The right person should be:

Process driven individual with 8+ years’ experience.
Able to line manage and lead on accounts
Able to lead and direct, give guidance to explore new ideas, not forcing your opinions.
Lead the training of new producers
Support in the hiring of new staff
Able to understand the financial ins and outs of each of your projects
Happy to present in weekly meetings.
Accurate and able to manage your time effectively
An enthusiastic problem solver, able to input at all levels of a project and happy to motivate and support all team members.
Able to complete projects on time, within cost and quality parameters.
Able to manage client expectations.
Able to communicate and guide at all levels
Manage suppliers
Be the voice of reason where needed
Develop full scale project plans and thoroughly document
To show best practice to all PMs and producers and lead by example.

This role may involve travelling abroad to meet clients and suppliers.
