Project Coordinator/Marketing Services

Part-Time-20-24 hours a week. 

The Role: Timely production and delivery of marketing and event materials, facilitate between vendors/contractors and in-house staff for design and editing tasks; and perform reporting for metrics and group budgets. 

Responsibilities: 
Create and maintain schedules by collecting various inputs from internal contributors; monitor to ensure milestones and deadlines are met 
Coordinate the design and editing of materials by contractors and vendors 
Serve as primary logistics coordinator for production and delivery of marketing and event materials 
Various admin tasks to support marketing staff, including ordering supplies, in-house printing, shipping, and interacting with vendors 
Coordinate distribution of marketing and other metrics to department staff 
Revise and perform simple updates on presentations and other deliverables, while adhering to established brand standards 
Serve as budget coordinator to create purchase orders and process invoices in a timely manner 
Qualifications: 
3+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment 
Expert organizational skills and attention to detail 
Ability to multi-task and be flexible when priorities change 
Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise email messages 
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook scheduling), Mac Platform a plus
