This is a Marketing Project Coordinator for creative services. In this role, you will work with the creative team and production leadership to ensure the efficient coordination of creative department resources.

Duties include day-to-day management of project workflow and timetables for all customer communication projects.

You are experienced in project management aspects of these types of projects: Print (Direct Mail, Circulars), In-Store Signage, Point of Sale, and Digital/email collateral.

You will:
• Develop project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative materials.
• Provide cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Conduct and manage meetings to ensure timely completion at all project milestones.
• Regularly report project progress to team members.
• Coordinate work efforts across creative teams to ensure balanced workload.
• Monitor resource usage by creative and copy staff to ensure effective production timelines.
• Routinely report to department leadership on project progress.
• Understand the production process and the critical steps necessary to deliver a high-quality end product to customers and business partners.

You should have:
• 1+ years experience in marketing, advertising, or agency project management. (recent grads with stellar internship experience OK to apply)
• Experience with Project Management and Coordination!
• Must know Microsoft Office thoroughly. Familiarity with Creative Suite, PDF, etc. helpful
• Super organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work with direction but work independently
• Comfort with marketing and branding best practices.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
