*looking for candidates who get excited and motivated by effectively managing accruals, getting aging invoices paid, and resolving challenging issues or problems for clients 
**Absolute must have skill is high end of intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, combining data from multiple sources) 


The mission of D1 Creative is to create engaging visual communications that enable our customer to discover the products and services they want. We are an internal creative shop producing customer facing marketing, branding, photography, video, and visual media for our customers. We apply strategic insight to delight customers - driving discovery, engagement, and trust -- we’re growing quickly, and this is day one. D1 is looking for an entry level program manager with strong skills in MS Excel, verbal and written communications. The individual will be able to adjust to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver work on tight deadlines. This is an opportunity to support a creative team, responsible for producing assets such as video, graphics and photography that will be used across Amazon retail websites, enabling customers to discover products and services. Your responsibilities will include: 

Daily intake and processing of invoices from suppliers 
Input of invoices into the project management tools 
Reconciliation of invoices against project budgets 
Tracking of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly expenses 
Submissions of invoices to Accounts Payable 
Escalation of late/unpaid invoices 
Vendor Inquires and Trouble Ticketing with Accounts Payable 
Update Payment Status Finance Reporting 
Aggregate monthly expenditures for reporting 
Manage Accruals within a 90 day window 
Schedule and run review meetings with project producers Project Support 
Collaboration with Producers to track progress against budget forecast 
Tracking hours logged by team members against projects 

Required Skills 
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience 
Excellent administration and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Strong Excel skills 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Disciplined self-starter 
Collaborative team player 
Detail-oriented 

Preferred Skills 
Strong interest in Finance, Legal, and/or Business 
Positive, proactive and able to exercise sound judgment 
Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment 
Experience working with Oracle Financial Systems and/or SharePoint 
Experience with writing and proof reading documentation
