Joining in a junior/entry level role they aim to be able to help you grow and identify development paths on based on your success within your role.
Working and learning from an experienced manager you will be able to have access to some of the biggest marketing/design jobs they are working on and in time have the opportunity to look after these autonomously.
You have experience working on digital projects and want to build on your understanding of
project workflows and the world of digital.
Whether you have learned your skills from a business degree or on the job, you are always
on the lookout for more. So, whilst you are already comfortable with the basics of project
structure and associated software, you’re happy to try new things to ensure success in a fast
pace multi project environment.
You are curious, full of ideas, outgoing and a good people person. You are happy to speak
to put ideas forward in a diverse group and have the courage to push your ideas whilst being
able to listen to others and change plan when required.
