Vitamin T Seattle is looking for a seasoned Project Coordinator for our progressive, upscale grocery-retailer and one of the best places to work in the Pacific Northwest. Tracks, drives and reports on all Private Label Projects.
Position Summary: Contributes to the overall success of our remarkable private label program by getting products to market. Manages the project flow, schedules, daily processes and procedures. Keeps everything going smoothly. Working closely with the director, determines what products we will pursue, interacts with potential suppliers, participates in their vetting, works with designers and technicians to create accurate and appealing labels.
Manages/updates the documentation needed for Private Label including all item information, vendor information and project records.
Manages our standard legal forms and adjusts as needed with lawyers. Keeps track of versions and changes. Makes sure we’re legal.
Acts as a liaison to marketing.
Creates a process for tracking the collateral associated with promoting and informing on the producers.
Manages the marketing of our PL products.
Provides visibility to sales and success of PL products.
Works closely with IT, accounting, directors and specialists to use their projections, and to fill the product pipeline. Provides all info for Purchase Orders.
Identifies and implements process improvements.
Researches our consumers and trends, contributes to product category and item selection.
Uses Survey Monkey to design and conduct consumer feedback mechanism, works with accounting to provide better visibility to PL sales on a quarterly basis.
Uses Smart Sheet to manage projects.
Experience and Skills: The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in product, business or project management. Background in business. Interest/experience in marketing. Able to juggle projects and manage DETAIL. Demonstrates the ability to set up processes.
Proficient in Excel, Survey Monkey, Smart Sheet.
Ideally has experience in product development, sourcing, management.
