1. Project Coordination


The person in this role will be responsible for the smooth management of project flow through the Marketing Contact Solutions (MCS) team. MCS is responsible for processing Direct Marketing campaign data requests for the enterprise and delivering through to print/email/telemarketing vendors or internal client management systems. This includes Direct Marketing campaigns across all lines of business.

This is a fast-paced, high volume, multi-tasking work environment, and requires someone with Project Coordination, and/or Project Management experience. The candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, have a strong technical aptitude, and have a working knowledge of direct marketing and/or database marketing

  • Facilitate Customer Contact projects through the Project Intake Process

  • Assist in assigning projects to Campaign Data Producers

  • Assist in tracking project status through the project development and completion process.

  • Manage weekly Production meetings, including recording and distributing minutes.

  • Maintain and update the Job Run Schedule database.

  • Maintain and update the Customer Analytic Project Database

  • Help manage the overall Project Workflow to ensure timely project delivery

  • Processing "Do Not Contact" requests and updating the "Do Not Contact" databases stored in the customer information files

  • processing unsubscribe requests in the Email Vendor system

  • managing the Contact Solution project workflow database

  • managing the Contact Systems project workflow database

  • uploading Lists into Email Service Provider


  • 2. Document Management



    Responsible for:
  • setting up and supporting the team's document collaboration area.

  • making sure project documents are updated on a timely basis and are properly version-controlled

  • making sure documents are properly checked-out and checked back in

  • distributing Scope documents for stakeholder approvals and ensuring that approvals are collected on a timely basis.


  • 3. Meetings/General



    Responsible for:
  • distributing agenda for weekly team meetings

  • Setting up meetings

  • assisting in development of presentations

  • arranging team events and maintaining team contact list

  • validating Direct Marketing campaign lists against the creative


  • 4. Reports


  • Aggregating and assembling data for monthly team project report

  • Aggregating data for monthly email performance reports


  • Skills:



    Candidate should:

  • be very organized and able to multi-task on time-sensitive projects

  • have a strong technical aptitude for computer and database applications

  • be very versatile with MS Office suite, specifically Excel; Access desirable

  • be knowledgeable of Document Collaboration systems (such as Sharepoint or QuickR)

  • have a good working knowledge of database systems

  • have a 4-yr undergraduate degree
