Project Coordinator (Advertising)

SUMMARY: Oversee creative development and production of advertising, marketing and sales materials that meet current company branding and marketing strategies. Service creative requests for assigned internal sales and marketing clients and the advertising management team. Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal clients, external partners and vendors/agencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and enforce creative timelines and production schedules for assigned projects (collateral, print, outdoor, signage, broadcast, video/audio, interactive) to ensure that deadlines are met and that requestors, management and stakeholders, expectations are appropriately managed.

  • Provide clear direction of messaging objectives to designers and copywriters through effective written and oral communication.

  • Create, review and /or finalize project briefs and job starts in a timely manner and verify they meet current branding and marketing strategies.

  • Secure approvals from senior management, legal, licensed partners, internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners when necessary.

  • Present creative strategies, concepts and final creative to managers, internal clients and external partners.

  • Collaborate with advertising account team, internal clients and other departments to maximize efficiencies for creative development and production where applicable.
