Long term coordinator role with top wearable camera company in San Mateo!

- Administrative tasks on various projects and programs we create for the Global Training team. Work closely with cross- functional teams to adhere gather requirements, adhere to deadlines, and help communicate expectations with all stakeholders.

- Create and update Project and Team Trackers on a regular basis, to ensure global alignment with highlights/concerns/deadlines.

- Oversee the day to day of our internal SharePoint sites to ensure consistent documentation, scheduling and QA new developments and beta builds as they are pushed. Work with the global team to log issues, use cases, and improvements.

- Forecasting, ordering, and inventory of materials and supplies for Global Training activations and events.

- Collecting data and reports from various platforms and combining information in a useful and organized manner. Responsible for communicating and distributing the information to the Project Manager on the team.

- Be the point person for our e-learning program (3point5) emails that come through, on a global scale. Understanding of the workflow needed based on the issue, and aim to provide the best customer experience possible. Assisting the PM with streamlining the processes in place by documenting the business improvements and tracking efficiency.

- Coordinating the moving parts around international launches and performing additional duties as assigned.


- 3 years as a Project Assistant or Project Coordinator

- Detail-Oriented- Has had success coordinating many moving parts on projects. Innate sense of organization and project lifecycle awareness.

- Tracking- Can be counted on to keep all files/reports up to date and accurate. Helps the rest of the team stay on track with their deliverables.

- Planning - Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects, sets objectives and goals, anticipates and communicates potential problems and roadblocks

- Dealing with Ambiguity - Can effectively cope with change, shifts gears comfortably. Is comfortable with ambiguity at times, but is diligent in realigning and moving forward.

- Time Management - Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently. Concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities, and is efficient in producing deliverables.

- Written Communication - Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication styles.

- Intermediate to Advanced Office 365 skills

- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint a plus
