Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
-Managing and coordinating smaller projects and efforts independently, with oversight from a Manager.
-This individual will provide support and coordination for larger, more complex projects and efforts in conjunction with the Project Manager as needed.
-This role will be expected to work closely with project stakeholders in tasks such as interacting with partner organizations, aiding the updating of project plans and schedules, collecting project statuses, and undertaking similar kinds of project coordination tasks.
-This role will support the eCommerce Program Management Office (PMO) in various ways, such as coordinating governance activities, supporting meeting organization, managing communications calendars and other responsibilities as they arise.
-Assist the eCommerce Leadership Team with the large scale hiring process of resources to support organizational objectives; including job description creation, resume review, interview set-up and on-boarding processes
-Support the Project Manager(s) and PMO in timely identification and documentation of changes to project scope and/or schedule
-Assist in creating and managing project plans and project tasks on larger, more complex projects in coordination with the Project Manager
-Serve as an internal point of contact for project information and updates
-Facilitate project communication among all project team members
-Document project workflows, processes and procedures.
-Ensure execution and deliverables are consistent with defined processes and procedures
