Project Coordinator

Individual contributor position responsible for managing the end to end activities for Global Commercialization projects with the objective to successfully launch new brands and products. Plan project timelines and identify milestones that support the predetermined in-store date. Lead the cross-functional Commercialization project teams to achieve successful product launches. Main point-of-contact between the cross-functional project team and the merchant. Develops end-to-end project plans that detail critical milestones, timing, resources, aggregate cost management, and roles and responsibilities


Project Leadership
• Develop Commercialization Project plans
• Lead and influence weekly project team meetings
• Lead ad-hoc cross functional meetings for issue resolution
• Determine timing, RACI, budgets, risks, Target Costs
• End to End project management execution for all Global launches
• Ensure executive approvals are obtained
• Maintain and communicate Project Status and complete project hindsight’s
• Able to facilitate difficult conversations with cross functional partners

Commercialization Process
• Manage the end-to-end Commercialization process – All products, all channels
• Proactive management of potential issues and drive to resolution with cross functional teams
• End to End project management including Pre-development

Thought Partner / Problem Solver
• Identifies options, project risks and makes recommendations to the team and leadership
• Solve problems with little guidance
• Drives decision-making with cross-functional team and oversees successful execution of decision
• Prioritize and elevate category critical issues to cross functional leaders
• Thought partner to cross functional teams and brand partners
• Portfolio management for cross functional teams and brand partners
• Holistic business focus for respective categories supported
• Build strong relationships with cross functional teams and leverage relationships to drive execution

• 95% On Time for Critical path milestones to support On Time Launches

• Manage changes with cross functional teams
• Execute for results in complex, dynamic and rapidly changing environment

• Push the thinking of the teams – cross functional and brand partners

Presentation / Communication
• Prepare and document project team meetings: issue, action step, owner, due date
• Prepare presentations for Commercialization approvals
• Prepare project kickoffs, status reports, situational reports, Project Assessments

Speed & Agility
• Lead the team to deliver products to market in shortest time in industry
• Constantly challenge all team members to shorten lead times
• Experts in managing overall complexity efficiently while achieving speed

Talent Management
• Creation and ownership of development plans and objectives for self
• Support Associate Opinion Survey initiatives
• Attend training classes as needed
• Continue to develop personal presentation/communication skills
• Actively support the development/coaching of fellow peers within organization
