Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the development and delivery of employee communications. Responsible for researching and developing announcements, presentations and communication materials.

Responsible for writing and editing employee publications as well as intranet content management.
Participate as a team member with Program Teams, Internal Communications, and Training.

Assist with the management and implementation of program communication plan and calendar.

Write and edit announcements for regularly scheduled and ad hoc communications, including weekly email update and targeted communication leading to go live.

Manage and write content for the intranet site, collaborating with cross-functional communication resources and Program Leads.

Coordinate “Day 1” systems access communications.

Coordinate and manage post go-live support calls across multiple business areas, collaborating with the Help desk, Training, SME's and business leaders.
Work closely with Internal Communications, Business SME's, and Training to ensure timely and accurate content is available for distribution to impacted employees.

Some experience in organizational communications, preferably in an IT Department or Technology company.
Demonstrated strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills required.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks, as well as create and administer complicated schedules.
Superior Attention to detail.

Strong MS Office capability, with an emphasis on PowerPoint skills.
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) with all levels of the organization.

BS/BA degree in communications English, marketing, journalism or other language-oriented specialty.
