Responsible for supporting the workflow of the Creative team, driving for operational efficiency and timely completion of work. This role works with a multi-functional team of designers, writers and production artists to ensure creative deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Support Creative Services director by updating daily schedule with creative team assignments, priorities and deadlines
• Routes creative from copy/layout stage to final mechanical stage between Design (CD, AD, designers), Editorial and Production/QC
• Manages routing of creative work to Program Management team for external reviews/approvals
• Partners with Creative Services Director and Program Managers to understand daily project priorities in order to fast track “hot” projects
• Provides support to Creative team in prepping for formal presentations (prepping boards, print-outs, etc.)
• Processes and track invoices; follows-up w/ vendors and AP on status

• College degree
• 2+ years experience in project/traffic/account management
• Agency experience preferred
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of creative departments processes and workflow
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
• Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet very tight deadlines
• The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
