Owner of several popular consumer packaged goods brands, our client, is looking for a reliable, experienced, Project Coordinator, to assist there team on a temporary basis for the next few weeks. The team has begun a large project to digitize the work-flow of the different departments across the organization. This involved the mapping out and data entry of efficient processes and procedures. This candidate will be responsible for gathering data from multiple departments and generating business processes using an internal management system. Responsibilities – Digitize and map business processes into software management tool (will be trained on software) with business and technology partners to map processes. Identify key risks and pain points. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Administrative support.
Basic Qualifications – Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. Attention to detail and accuracy in data capture. Experience with workflow modeling tools and applications. 1+ year of Project Coordination or similar experience.
