We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator for a permanent role based in Sydney.

​Within this role, you will be working closely with senior Project Managers to assist with project timelines and deliverables. This will include coordinating information from multiple skateholders to ensure the studio team have what they need to perform their tasks to deliver projects on time. 

Your ability to communication with studio teams, professionals, stakeholders and clients across all levels will help you be successful. As well has being able to coordinate multiple projects at once.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a multi-skilled / close-knit team who genuinely care about their work projects and go above and beyond to deliver the best results for their clients. An interest in architectural and the built environment will be advantageous. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in a creative studio or agency environment 
  • Active interest in architecture and the built environment 
  • Coordinating day-to-day project responsibilities, including deliverables, client coordination and general team communication. 
  • Work closely with and support Managing Director with various general office and administrative duties.
  • Coordination of design information from multiple contractors on behalf of the client.
  • Work alongside Project Managers to ensure on time delivery of projects.
  • Support the studio team as necessary throughout the duration of a project 
  • Coordinate with external professional voiceovers and recording studio slots, surveyors and contractors where necessary 
  • Assist with tender submissions where required 
  • Answer phones 
  • Work with existing project management systems and software, import data and track projects 
  • General office duties and maintain office presentation as required. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Active interest in architecture and the built environment 
  • Experience working in a creative studio or agency environment
