Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will oversee the efficient flow of work from account services to creative, clinical and editorial departments. The Project Coordinator is responsible for creating schedules, maintaining job files, tracking and monitoring progress, and routing projects. This person must have excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be highly detail-oriented. This is an onsite, full-time role that is temporary.

Key responsibilities:
• Acts as a liaison between client services, creative services, editorial, and production departments.
• Develops and tracks project timelines across clients/account teams; implements updates to timelines as updates are provided by account team
• Conducts weekly status meetings, as needed, involving account team members and appropriate shared services team members (i.e., Creative, editorial, clinical, meeting services)
• Troubleshooting, especially as pertains to expedited timelines; rush client requests; ability to be flexible in evaluating appropriate process to ensure quality assurance and meet client needs
• Preparing daily status reports
• Provides quality management based on internal/external client expectations
• Manages communication with key, internal personnel regarding status of deliverables routing through agency
• Prioritizes workflow to internal departments such as creative, editorial, and clinical
