Project Coordinator

An executive administration team supporting internal communications at a F100 financial services company has a need for a Project Coordinator to support communications staff members and managing highly confidential HR and internal communication projects. This role is a highly detailed, multi-tasking role for someone who enjoys accurately and quickly executing communication tasks and thriving under a fast-paced environment while providing great client services. This is also a role for someone who is tech savvy and comfortable in a virtual environment managing multiple communication streams (IM, email, internal boards) and strong in a PC environment using MS products.

Job duties include:
• Serving as project liaison internal clients, providing quick and timely responses.
• Maintaining and communicating tasks to internal clients and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Monitoring progress of workflow to ensure due date is met.
• Reviewing communications for accuracy and completeness to ensure customer’s requirements are met and appropriate quality levels are maintained.
• Facilitating or providing timely and thorough responses for customer inquiries, requests for services and problem resolution.
• Proactively resolving routine problems in a timely manner.
• Consistently following procedures and guidelines established.

Minimum qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years in project coordination, executive administration, web editing or traffic coordination role
• Strong MS Office suite skills, who has a desire to learn additional skills for the needed for the position
• Must be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task
• Must be experienced working with computers and have experience using online process or workflow management systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, a must
• Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight deadline-driven environment
