Project Coordinator

Our client, a utility company in the Portland area, is looking for a Project Coordinator for a long-term contract position.
Duties:
• Review permits received for deficiencies and notify licensees of any issues (understand w/ training the permit process and requirements of processing a permit)
• Manage data upload from Maximo to another system (download a spreadsheet of permits, email to contractor, facilitate any questions that arise)
• Monitor deviations from initial permit submittal and make changes to the data in Maximo
• Monitor reporting on prerequisite management for all open Make Ready construction work orders.
• Gather Construction Complete data and prepare work packets for Contractor. (order and print maps, prepare spreadsheets, communicate to contractor, track work, resolve issues).
• Run macros of completed post inspection work returned from field to enter data in system.
• Finalize status of permits.
• Track various permits in all stages and oversee their progression through end to end process. Meet timelines for Oregon Administrative Rule timelines.

Skills Needed:
• 1-3 years Project Coordination experience
• Experience coordinating work between various parties
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Resource needs to be comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
• Strong Multi-tasking skills
• Very strong accuracy & attention to detail
• Experience working with permits preferred
• Experience with Maximo preferred
