You will be responsible for keeping client projects moving in a timely, organized fashion and provide regular updates to the client’s account manager. You are an effective communicator with the ability to tailor your management style to whomever you're working with on a regular basis, reporting to the director of customer service.
Manage client projects working side-by- side with internal team members
Keep client’s objectives, scope, and budget at the forefront of all decision-making.
Build project schedule, assign deliverables, and coordinate the details surrounding each project.
Communicate expectations, responsibilities, and background information to each team member.
Adjust responsibilities, processes, timeline, etc. when necessary to support the team while meeting established deadlines.
Review all files and products before they are submitted to the account manager for final review.
Act as a secondary account manager when needed – cultivating a professional relationship with the client by keeping the team organized and focused through regular communications, proper organization tactics, and anticipating needs.
Perform administrative tasks to manage project workflow.
Schedule internal meetings and perform the necessary prep and organizational work surrounding the meeting.
Organize all digital files and client-supplied materials (CSM) for easy-shared access among team members.
Maintain accurate, detailed project calendar.
Maintain accurate, detailed project budget.
Maintain valuable relationships with internal team members through trust, respect, and shared knowledge.
Provide regular updates to the client’s account manager and keep entire team informed of project updates and changes.
Regularly seek feedback on internal team’s performance and areas for growth.
Maintain a constant dialogue among internal team members.
Motivate and inspire confidence within internal team members through shared knowledge and problem solving.
Regularly meet to review project’s status, listen to concerns, and collaborate on a shared route to success.
Remain logical and compassionate to other points-of- views while exercising good judgment in the evaluation of new strategies.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school graduate (minimum) with an associates degree or bachelor’s degree beneficial. A degree in advertising or marketing is not required, but can be beneficial. Experience of 1 - 2 years of related experience
Excellent communication skills, personable with a positive attitude. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, management, and other employees of the organization. Ability to interact with internal as well as external customers and present a positive atmosphere.
Ability to be organized and a detail-oriented creative thinker. Ability to use abstract reasoning subject to supervisor approval in situations departing from accepted procedures and practices.
