Project Co-ordinator - £28k - £32k

Our client has in excess of 1000 retail locations across the EMEIA region. We manage the print and

distribution of all point of sale marketing material to these locations. Your job is to help traffic these

materials from original brief to printer and/or a distribution centre and onto the retail locations either as

a new store opens or for a campaign to all stores

You will calculate and create print and distribution briefs from data provided and gather costs from the

appropriate vendor. You will check costs and once approved by the client you will track the materials

through to delivery. You will liase with the client keeping them abrest of project timings and updates and

create reports detailing project status. You will be on hand to answer client queries and provide support to

other team members.

You will be a co-ordinator in a team of five project managers and work alongside them to deliver

projects in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

— Project co-ordinator in a team of five project managers - all working for the same client

— Work alongside the Project Administrator to ensure briefs are met

— Excel spreadsheet and database management

— Traffic ongoing jobs and manage them through to completion

— Creation and checking of briefing documents in Excel

— Source print costs from vendors, following our existing processes including quoting,

filing and tracking

— Running various reports for client and internally

— Data reconciliation excercises

— Maintaining SLAs and looking to exceed them

— Pick up ad-hoc tasks when required

— Being pro-active at looking to improve existing processes

— Experience of working on a Mac is beneficial
