Project Associate - Compliance - Customer Service

Serves as Project Associate for the company’s Compliance communications team. This role assists in the management of the several high visibility projects including the company’s Compliance Helpline. Project Associate will help develop, maintain and assist in automating a high quality process for intake, handling and reporting of internal stakeholder questions regarding compliance guidance.

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Medical other departments via email and telephone.
• Screen, collect and monitor information from stakeholders seeking compliance guidance.
• Liase with subject matter experts to develop appropriate responses. Ensure timely follow up on all stakeholder questions.
• Triage questions to appropriate compliance team members or other departments as needed.
• Create surveys and success metrics.
• Prepare various reports, insights and presentations to share knowledge gained through stakeholder interactions.
• Make recommendations to management regarding process improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree AND 4+ years in telephone customer service experience and/or outbound telemarketing experience required.
• Prior Team Leader responsibility preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Data entry and/or word processing experience required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to effectively plan, execute and follow-up in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite.
