Project Administrator

Our large financial services client, located in downtown Boston, is looking for a Project Administrator for a 5 month contract position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing Board and Subcommittee presentation packages on behalf of the Compliance senior management team
Coordinating the receipt, distribution and tracking of all regulatory exams and continuous monitoring notices
Providing support and guidance throughout all aspects of the exam process
Governance and reporting of regulatory events to senior management, the Board of Directors, Examining & Audit Committee, Federal Reserve, and other relevant parties
Following up with other teams and individuals within the company on various deliverables.
Communicate and enforce strict internal and external deadlines; create, maintain, and improve key processes
Report data generation, distribution and maintenance
Organize, track and facilitate the progress of responses
Manage the resolution of issues related to reporting requirements; data input, analysis and reconciliation
Troubleshoot and correct reporting issues; as well as create, maintain, and facilitate detailed documentation.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe is desired
• Experience working with data, analytics and reporting - ability to work with and manipulate data in spreadsheets, create reports and provide insightful analysis
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and operational responsibilities in parallel, maintaining exceptionally high quality and attention to detail
