Project & Partnership Manager – Global Music Label – In-House Role

My extremely well known music label client is constantly creating marketing solutions for brands from the world of entertainment. With access to the world’s largest music roster, they are able to execute campaigns for brands in the areas of experiential, branded content and influencer marketing.

I am looking for a rock star Project Manager to implement new client projects rolling out over summer and early 2017. Seamless execution of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders is essential with the tenacity to strive towards game-changing results, the charisma to build rapport and profile within client businesses and the strategic capacity to enhance overall direction

A solid pedigree in experiential marketing is required, with an appreciation for the complementary functions of talent management and driving earned media. A passion for music and knowledge of the landscape extremely useful.

This role will see you manage end to end campaign delivery including;
• Venue search and liaison for events
• Managing event producers and freelancers in event production (identifying existing relationships that could be utilized where possible)
• Talent identification and management
• Working with client and other agencies on marketing comms development and approvals
• Influencer outreach and management
• Managing project P&L with profit target maintenance
• Creative brainstorming to maximize every component of campaign
• Client management and relationship building
• Campaign reporting and KPI tracking

Business Development and Strategy

• Work strategically to grow the business within client
• Uncover opportunities to proactively pitch solutions or attain briefs
• Research category for best practice in entertainment marketing and to generate potential business extensions
• Work within the broader New Business team to contribute to other brief responses and project thinking, particularly adding an operational expertise lens
• Continually network and spread the word (ideally leveraging an existing network of contacts where possible)
• Build relationships with useful suppliers to enhance competitive advantage – may be event and content production suppliers, talent and influencers, media partners etc

Experience Required

• Solid relevant experience in marketing industry – min 5 years at experiential, PR, sponsorship agency
• Deep understanding of the broader marketing and media landscape
• Music consumer with a passion for product and understanding of the industry
