Our client is a leader in the telecommunications industry and has asked for our help identifying a qualified Program and Marketing Specialist for a 12 month contract. In this role you will work onsite M-F during normal business hours. This is a 12 month contract position. Position Description:
The team is seeking an innovative, creative and dynamic Specialist to develop and execute key programs.
The ideal candidate has marketing, project management, channel, and product experience. In an ever-changing and dynamic environment, they need to be flexible, have strong time management skills and be capable of balancing multiple projects simultaneously with short deadlines for completion. They are detail oriented, strategic, analytical and comfortable managing relationships in cross functional teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop programs, influence marketing strategies and drive execution of cross functional team
• Plan and execute effective communication to drive customer adoption and interest
• Drive implementation of various program management initiatives
• Campaign ideation: interpret campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Manage end to end marketing strategy and flawless execution of marketing campaigns
• Create compelling and strategic program presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment across key stakeholders
• Track, analyze and report results, while monitoring overall campaign performance
• Represent the teams interests in cross functional project teams
• Support the team on other priorities as required

Key Competencies:
• University degree in a business discipline
• Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate insight and action
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Effective interpersonal skills, with ability to get things done by influence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong sense of autonomy and initiative
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving and changing market environment
