Support Operations leads through the coordination of program activities, across geographically placed resources to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery. Additionally, manage communications and marketing messages to evangelize the value of the program in addition to coordinating routine reporting elements and developing executive briefing for the program stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the development and publication of pipeline reviews, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
2. Drive Executive and Scorecard level communications
3. Drive the development, definition and roll out of ROI and Metrics to show World Wide and Local regional Impact
4. Monitor program wide and local metrics, KPI’s and other reporting against goals
5. Manage & administrate SharePoint site for maintaining current documentation
6. Interact with vendors on data quality, tracking and reporting requirements
7. In partnership with World Wide and Local stakeholders, develop marketing materials and communications to showcase the success, goals and results of the program
8. Build, continuously improve and maintain proper presentations (Power Point) and documents (Word) with and for World Wide stakeholders and Regional leadership
9. Maintain World Wide and Global Level integration, consistency and communication
10. Lead projects as requested
11. Manage team wide communications meetings and Rhythm of Business (ROB) calendars
12. Work with teams outside of the program to drive additional value and optimum results across complimentary teams
13. Attend Client meetings as needed on campus & provide insight on performance results proactively
14. Establish and drive client meetings on new account acquisition and manage account identification and onboarding process end to end, including extracting & merging
15. Ability to work in high-performing, fast-paced team environment
16. Identify problem trends & propose reasonable solutions
17. Support international coverage for meetings outside of US business hours (typically up to 4 hours per week of pre 8am/post 6pm international calls)
18. Up to 10% Travel is anticipated including domestic and global locations
19. Update training materials and program yearly, plan & execute new team member/vendor onboarding to program
20. Work alongside WW Supervisor to manage team, supplying additional trainings & processes where gaps are uncovered
21. Create incentive programs for Sales team
22. Manage Budget & PO Billings monthly, according to FY guidelines & approvals work with vendor billing analyst to inspect and validate monthly contingent staff hours
23. Manage invoicing landing & forecast with global accounts business analyst on a monthly basis.
