Program Marketing Manager

The Co-Marketing Program Manager for this division of a top internet search company will drive the execution and measurement of apps consumer marketing programs in the Americas region, with particular focus on the US and Brazil. As a Program Manager, you will contribute to the development of co-marketing program strategies with internal and external consumer marketing teams and lead their execution. The ideal candidate will have had previous partner or software developer co-marketing program experience and be able to devise creative solutions for developer business challenges - for example, working collaboratively to drive app discovery and revenue. You will have stellar organizational skills and experience in launching scalable programs and driving their success.

Responsibilities:
Strategy: Contribute to the development of program strategies for Developers in Americas. Develop, execute and measure software partner co-marketing programs from foundational business-critical processes to innovative co-marketing programs.
Creative: Facilitate the creation of compelling campaigns that brings content and the brand to life.
Execution: Execute highly effective programs that make this the most loved platform by developers and consumers alike. Oversee all aspects of co-marketing program management: Program development, content selection, legal agreement creation, campaign execution, creative approvals, ROI analysis and process optimization.
Analyze: Measure campaigns for impact; secure post-event reporting and perform ROI analysis.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing
7-10 years experience with Product Marketing Experience or Product Launching experience
B2B Marketing experience and Coordination of Marketing Programs

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Hands-on co-marketing contract development and execution experience
- A strong track record in balancing the needs of the organization, external software developer partners and consumers
- Excellent communication and organization skills to effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders (Product Management Team, Engineers and other marketing teams) and third party partners simultaneously
- Experience in a tech environment a plus
