Program Manager/Pop-ups Operations & Performance Lead

The Pop-ups Operations Lead role is responsible to coordinate strategic, operational and cross-functional efforts to launch Experiential Marketing pop-ups. Overall, the candidate should understand the strategy for the program, drive operational design, manage timelines and raise any issues with the communication flow amongst cross-functional teams. After launch, this role will lead operational performance management across the sites until their conclusion.

Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with Creative, Trainings & Advocacy to ensure project strategy is translated into each work-stream’s efforts
Manage and updated the Pop-ups cross-functional Plan-of-Record
Translate the strategy into operational processes, tools and performance management metrics
Develop plan for inventory of sellable goods, including forecasting, replenishment and security
Work with external partner to design staffing model for mixed employee teams
Support production of pop-ups campaign with logistical tracking of supplies and hardware
Manage rapid iteration and real-time adjustments of operational processes during activation
Define performance metrics and work with analytics team on data capture tools
Design processes, tools, reports, roles & responsibilities for operations performance management
Identify improvement opportunities, kick-off rapid improvement sprints and share across sites
Manage daily and weekly performance tracking during the activation
Track timelines across Design, Training, Engagement, Partner management and Production functions
Track cross-functional budget spend and raise flags to program lead for discrepancies
Support agendas, notes, action items and follow ups for cross-functional Pop-ups meetings

Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in process design, project management, and vendor management
BA/BS Required
Proficient in Google docs, sheets, slides (relevant Microsoft experience will suffice)
Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail and rigor for process
Experience working with or managing cross-functional processes

Nice to Have:
Proactive self-starter
Executive presence to actively manage and run cross functional meetings
Provides clarity to chaos and thrives in ambiguous situations
Ideal if candidate has retail and/or operations experience
Experience working with and managing agencies, vendors or consultants
