Our Technology Client’s Online Store Online Marketing team is looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Program Manager with strong financial and business analysis experience to drive operational excellence and financial analysis of a large marketing budget. This person will interface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery. Provide program/project schedules and status reports. Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented. Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required. Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project. Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial models for financial planning and control. Creates metrics/reporting for senior management. Analyzes and reports on financial performance of projects & programs. May have responsibility for recommending, or selecting systems which enhance performance of their area and programs. Budget preparation. Financial decision maker. May perform more complex analysis in areas such as budgets, strategic plans, product line analysis, contract processing and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) work and treasury and/or credit functions. Well organized with strong attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication. Strong cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive delivery deadlines. Experience with internal products such as SAP, MS Invoice, Contractor Hub, etc. is required. Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills, with an emphasis on pivot tables. May require work related experience and/or special knowledge in relevant area. Additionally, this person may be required to manage the business rhythm and planning, management of internal and external communication and relationships, development and implementation of business initiatives, and building and developing the engagements with customers and partners.

Skills:
Experience (minimum 6-8 years) of managing business processes, building business models and applying them on the field, University degree is a must; advanced skills and knowledge in financial management, strategic negotiations, impact and influence, communication skills and building relationships at various leadership, business decision making levels and layers; independency at work; knowledge on market development and dynamics, key players, partners and customers on the field.

Core Responsibilities:
• Design and manage fiscal year processes including planning, fiscal reviews, and reporting
• Vendor Contract Negotiation experience
• Ongoing management of supplier and contractor resource processes, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance;
• Partner with Finance and to develop and track annual financial plans, forecasts, and budget variance
• Define and execute a consistent framework inclusive of business planning and reviews, team meetings/off-sites, and people initiatives;
• Support and/or management of special projects;
• Collaboration with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, other internal Store groups) and global external service partners to ensure consistent operational management
• Strong project management capabilities and effective multitasking in a dynamic and adaptive environment

Requirements / Qualifications:
• BA /BS required, MBA preferred
• 5 - 7 years of related budget management experience; Strong financial analysis/modelling & executive communication is a must.
• Strong knowledge of, and experience with, MS Office and SharePoint
• Experience with contract negotiations and working with finance, compliance and legal to construct and revise contract and seek approval buy-in and approvals.
• Ability to work effectively across groups in a fast-paced work environment
• Highly organized, detail and process-oriented, ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience driving budgeting processes for fluctuating media
