Program Manager (PMP Required)

Requirements: - **Strong change management experience dealing with such a massive change. - Politically Savvy.

Requirements:
-Proven history of successfully planning, standing up, and implementing cross-functional programs using PM tools/methodology
-Emphasis on Strategy Execution through process development and implementation (process development, gating, governance development/implementation/facilitation, roadmap development/work planning, RACI, etc.)
-Strong variable communication skills for presenting and working with executives regularly. As well as the ability to hold executive accountability to the program needs/plans/action items, etc.
-Strong understanding of PM methodology
-Ability to leverage Business Owner but still execute autonomously

Responsibilities:
-Needs to stand up the program infrastructure of a cross-functional program
-Roadmaps, Work plans, Governance, Work streams, RACI, all Program plans (communication, change control, etc.)
-Work stream development (RACI, Charters, work plans, etc.)
-Governance process and tool development, implementation, and facilitation for the program. Also, will be working to develop the ongoing company operational processes for continued execution of the project
-Responsible for driving the execution of the strategy through standard Program Management practices to deliver program/company results.
-Project work typically has a sizable, major impact on the corporation / division
-Responsible for program oversight, planning, program tracking, scope management, change
control management, risk management, and quality assurance of the development project team
-Assist in development and support of the vision and business objectives of the organization
-Direct the activities of resources in line with business objectives of the organization
-Drives the quality and timely delivery of critical path products and services
-Establish and maintain quality metrics and guidelines
-Implement process and system improvements including integration with other functional areas
-Translate organization's business requirements into effective business solutions
-Resolves high level conflicts by making broad decisions, or negotiating with affected senior
management
