Seeking a Program Manager with software integration and commercialization experience to join our major pharmaceutical client for a 6 month Temporary to Permanent opportunity in Princeton, NJ!

Program Manager acts as a central contact for information on a particular program and manages activities to develop, advance and commercialize programs. Ensures that concurrence between the team and line management is achieved for program objectives and meets these objectives to achieve the organization’s goals of timely and quality-focused advancement of all key workstreams. Works with senior project management staff and teams to create the development strategy, establish objectives, and monitor team progress. Makes recommendations regarding project objectives, resource requirements, and commercial and/or technical direction to line and senior management.
Job responsibilities:
• Provides professional program management for fast-paced, startup healthcare technology solution.
• Supports cross functional Program level project teams toward implementation of the strategic and operational plans and tracks progress to goals.
• Responsible for maintenance of the project actions, risks, decisions, and issues (ADRI) log for project team interactions. Maintains project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Facilitates the review of projects with Senior Management, makes recommendations for action and ensures appropriate follow-up by management to achieve approved program/project objectives.
• Manages project information for assigned projects and is responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with other functions such that it will foster positive interactions and ultimately support achieving desired project outcomes.
• Supports quarterly forecasts, manages scopes, timeline and financial changes through tracking variances at the program level.
• Works with the Joint Commercialization Committee (JCC) and relevant functional areas/teams to drive commercialization of Metrics.
• Manages and tracks program progress as assigned on a continual basis, identifying and tracking both cross-project and cross-functional issues, scope issues at project and program level, timeline issues, and budget issues. Works proactively with manager and the project team to achieve timely resolution of these issues in order to achieve approved program objectives. These activities include those that are outsourced.
• Responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and comprehensive project and program information is available to senior management and the wider organization.
• Responsible for supporting departmental and corporate initiatives to drive process improvements if needed.
• Functions as a development alliance liaison helping to support development alliance management activities based on program requirements.
Experience required
• Experience and sound working knowledge of project management
• Experience working with a software/technology startup company
• New product commercialization experience
• Awareness and familiarity regarding the healthcare and the payer environment
• Experience and knowledge to assist team to prepare for regulatory/legal/medical review of marketing materials
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel

Additional Skills/Experience of interest for technology focused programs:
• Experience implementing integrated IT solutions into the healthcare/pharmaceutical business to drive value.
• Understanding of an IT/technology systems lifecycle, implementation requirements and associated terminology.
• Understanding of reporting and analytics requirements and report generation.
• Experience with the integration of multiple data feeds within a healthcare environment and the ability to work collaboratively across partnerships
• Accomplishes information technology by planning, monitoring, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures for Mentrics™.
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing digital information technologies.
• Partner with team leaders to plan, develop, coordinate and execute strategies consistent with the organization's strategic goals
• Lead requirements qualification, multiyear planning, prioritization and governance of the Mentrics™ project
