Program Manager Non Tech

As part of a small game studio team, the vendor will focus on project management, customer support, and partner engagement for external customer-facing web properties. The vendor will have a variety of responsibilities to help manage the day-to-day functioning of the games sites and services. Solid time management, production skills, and excellent communication are a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Third-party Flash and HTML5 game onboarding – Manage the onboarding process and schedule, liaison between third-party developer and technical teams, communications, project management, reporting
• Editorial programming – Manage scheduling and publish editorial updates (including creation of light editorial content)
• Web production – Manage HTML and XML web site updates, including game launches
• Customer support – Respond to customer complaints/issues and escalate as required
• Community engagement – Write and post Facebook and Twitter updates

Minimum qualifications:

2-4 years of program management experience, Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of products/services/applications preferred.
Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
Must have excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity.
Proficiency in MS Office required.
Casual games experience is a plus, but not required.
